006294 SPE4040-110 Six Platform Intelligent Control Rotating Platform

SPE4040 six platform intelligent control rotating platform consists of six 40*40 cm platforms and frames, control instrument, intelligent instrument matching photoelectric probe,and it can be set at the stop time of each platform 1-999 seconds, after the countdown, the platform automatically rotating to the next platform, and so on. This platform is used with floor dryer or floor UV curing machine to achieve the same effect as tunnel dryer or curing machine.

The platform is used with the dryer to thoroughly dry the substrate that needs drying. Such as a variety of cloth glue paste, color plastisol , PVC ink, PP ink, glass ink and other silk printing products need to be thoroughly dried at high temperature;

It can also be used for drying various metal paint.

Compatible with floor type UV curing machine, completely cure the UV ink .

Main functions and features:

1.Intelligent control time: the intelligent control instrument installed by the machine can stop the rotation of the platform from 1-999 seconds according to the needs of customer; Drying or curing time can be adjusted arbitrarily. The machine after adjustment will be executed according to the setting. Turn on the machine again and it still run according to the original setting.

Intelligent instrument sets drying or UV curing time:

Turn on the power, turn on the switch, and directly press the "+" and "-" buttons on the panel.

The subsequent number (seconds) increases or decreases to represent the platform stop.
Rotation (drying or curing time)
The far-infrared probe has been set at the factory, no adjustment is required.

2.The platform is composed of six 40*40 cm steel plates : the surface of the steel plate platform is treated with high-temperature paint, and the platform surface is fixed with teflon cloth (teflon cloth is resistant to 300 degrees of high temperature, non-stick oil, abrasion resistance).

3.The steel plate can rotate automatically by 60 degree every time, and it can stop as the set time when rotated to the dryer oven or UV curing machine , after the time set up , the platform automatically rotate to the next dryer oven or UV curing machine, no needs of manual adjustment.

4.The machine idles 1 turn per minute, and the rotation position of adjacent platforms is 10 seconds.

5.The platform (excluding dryer or UV curing machine) is a circle with a diameter of 1.58 meters, covering an area of 2 square meters.

6.This platform is combined structure, with small package volume, light weight, safer transportation and lower freight cost.

7.Equipped with a full set of installation tools, customers can easily install according to the installation instructions.

8.This machine uses less materials than the traditional tunnel dryer, the dryer power is only 1600W, but the function and effect are basically the same, the price is only 30%-40% of the tunnel dryer.

9.The main machine is all advanced electrostatic spraying surface treatment, corrosion resistance, resistance to scrubbing.

Using method of dryer produced by our company:

1. Put the dryer case close to the platform surface, and place the temperature meter probe in the center of the platform;

2.Turn on the dryer for 5 minutes. After reaching the basic temperature of the dryer, check the thermometer to display the temperature.

3. If the temperature cannot reach the required temperature, lower the dryer box and test again;
If the temperature is too high, the dryer box can be raised and tested again to reach the desired temperature.

Room temperature 24C (75F), no ventilation in the working environment, 5 minutes after turning on the dryer;
The temperature at the bottom of the drying box 3cm away from the platform is 180C (374F).

The temperature at the bottom of the drying box 7 cm away from the drying table is 160C (320F).
